Einladung zur Honey & Spice

Liebe Gäste, wir laden euch herzlich ein zur nächsten Honey & Spice, unserer Playparty für Frauen, Lesben, inter, nicht-binäre und trans Menschen (FLINT) im Quälgeist!

Für alle Oster-Partys im Quälgeist ist eine Registrierung im Vorfeld nötig: Zur Registrierung (auf der Quälgeist-Webseite)

(Das ist notfalls auch noch beim Schlange stehen über ein Smartphone möglich. Wir schicken niemanden deshalb weg, wenn ihr euch spontan zur Party entscheidet.)

Vor den Details noch eine wichtige Bitte: wir sind ein kleines Team, das die Party ehrenamtlich organisiert. Damit wir das Rundherum organisieren und auch selber mal Pause machen oder sogar spielen können, brauchen wir Helfende, die auf der Party eine Barschicht übernehmen. Falls ihr Lust habt, tragt euch bitte in den Schichtplan ein. Ohne euch kann die Party nicht stattfinden!

Ihr bekommt dafür nicht nur unseren großen Dank, sondern auch ermäßigten Eintritt und Getränke-Credit. Wer nicht nur einmal helfen möchte, sondern gleich mit organisieren will: wir freuen uns über neue Leute im Orga-Team, schreibt uns gern eine Nachricht oder sprecht uns einfach auf der Party an.

Corona-Regelungen:

• Der Quälgeist hat eine Belüftungsanlage, so dass dauerhaft ein Luftaustausch besteht. Zusätzlich werden wir regelmäßig lüften.
  
• Es gibt zur Zeit offiziell keine Impf- und Testnachweispflicht mehr auf Veranstaltungen in Berlin. Wir bitten euch, aus Solidarität eigenverantwortlich nur geimpft UND getestet zu unserer Party zu kommen. Der Quälgeist verkauft auch Selbsttests, wenn du vorher keine andere Möglichkeit findest, dich zu testen.
• Im Quälgeist gibt es an sich keine Maskenpflicht mehr. Einzelne Events dürfen eine Maskenpflicht aussprechen und das ist bei uns auch so – auf der gesamten Party ist Maskenpflicht mit ein paar Ausnahmen:
  Ausgenommen sind die Momente, in denen ihr aktiv esst oder trinkt – bitte seid rücksichtsvoll und setzt sie wieder auf, wenn ihr euch zwischendurch nur unterhaltet (ein Getränk vor sich stehen zu haben gilt nicht als aktives Trinken! ;) ). Im Rauchraum ist auch keine Maskenpflicht.
  Sobald ihr an einem festen Ort im Spielbereich euer Spiel beginnt, ist das Absetzen der Maske erlaubt. Zur Vor- und Nachbereitung vom Spiel oder bei Unterbrechungen und Verlassen des Spielortes (z.B. Weg zur Toilette), sowie beim Zuschauen gilt die Maskenpflicht.
  Wir empfehlen dennoch, wo es möglich ist, beim Spielen freiwillig eine Maske zu tragen (z.B. wenn viel mit lauter Stimme gesprochen wird).
  Wir wünschen uns, dass wir uns aufeinander verlassen können und diese Schutzmaßnahme zuverlässig von allen eingehalten wird, damit die Party sich für alle Anwesenden so sicher wie vereinbart anfühlt.

Barrierefreiheit:
Die Räume sind im 1. Stock ohne Aufzug. Es gibt eine rollstuhlgerechte Toilette und einen Faltrolli zum Ausleihen, wenn dein Rolli unten stehen bleiben muss. Die Beleuchtung ist bar-typisch eher dunkel, die Lautstärke moderat (elektronische Hintergrundmusik). Es gibt ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Nach dem ersten Einlass gibt es eine (freiwillige) Vorstellungs- und Informationsrunde und evtl. ein Kennenlernspiel, in deutscher und/oder englischer Lautsprache.

Sonstige Infos:

Es wird leider kein Büffet geben, sondern nur ein paar süße und herzhafte Snacks, ihr dürft euch auch gern eure eigene Verpflegung oder etwas für alle mitbringen. So halten wir den Orga-Aufwand sowie den Eintrittspreis geringer!

Invitation to Honey & Spice

Dear guests, we are warmly inviting you to the next Honey & Spice, our play party for women, lesbians, inter, non-binary and trans people (FLINT in German) at Quälgeist!

For all Easter parties at Quälgeist, pre-registration is mandatory: To Registration (at Quälgeist website)

(This is still possible while waiting in line via a smartphone. We won't turn you away if you spontaneously come to the party.)

Before we get to the details, we've got an important request: Honey & Spice is organized by a small team of volunteers and in order to keep things running and take an occasional break or even play, we need people to help out with the bar and check-in. If you're interested in taking a shift, please fill in the shift plan. Without you, the party can't happen!

You will receive not only our thanks, but also reduced entry and drink credits. If you're interested in helping even more, we are also looking for people to join the orga team - please write to us or talk to us at the party.

Corona rules:

• For hygiene reasons, there won't be a full buffet, but there will be packaged snacks, sweet and savory. You're welcome to bring your own food, too.
• Quälgeist has got a ventilation system, so there will be permanent air exchange. Additionally, we will open windows frequently.
• Currently, events in Berlin can not enforce proof of vaccination and tests. However, we ask you out of solidarity to take responsibility to only come to our party only if you're vaccinated AND tested. Quälgeist sells self-tests at the entrance if you have no other way to get a test that day.
• Quälgeist does no longer have an overall mask mandate. Individual events are allowed to have a mask mandate, and we do – masks need to be worn at the entire event with a few exceptions:
  Exempt from this are only the moments in which you're actively eating or drinking – please be considerate and put your masks back on once you're only talking to people in between (a drink standing in front of you does not count as active drinking! ;) ). The smoking room is exempt from masks, too.
  As soon as you begin your play session in your chosen playing spot, you are allowed to take your masks off while in the play. For preparation and after the play, during intermissions and leaving your spot (e.g. your way to the restroom), as well as watching others play, masks are mandatory.
  We recommend – whenever possible – to wear masks voluntarily during play (e.g. when you are going to speak in a loud voice a lot).
  We wish that we can rely on each other and that this safety measurement will be conscientiously adhered to by all, so the party will feel as safe as we have all agreed to make it.

Accessibility info:
The venue is on the 1st floor with no elevator. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet and a folding wheelchair to borrow if your own wheelchair is staying downstairs. The lighting is typical dim bar lighting, the noise level is moderate with some electronic background music. There is plenty of seating. After the first entry period there will be a (voluntary) introduction and info round and possibly an introduction game, all in spoken German and/or English.

Other info:

There won't be a full buffet, just a few snacks, sweet and savory. You're welcome to bring your own food or something for everyone, too. This helps us keep the organisation and the entry fee a bit lower!
